What a day with 2 new champions in one day!!
First out and in pouring rain was Gerry, he started in SC to win open class. Judge was Siv Jernhake. It was pretty nervous as it was also a foreign champion male that could take the CAC, and of course the other class winners. He ended up as BM 2 after a Ch and had some champions behind to, so when the judge chose between 2 and 3 I already understood he had won the CAC. Nice feeling in the crazy rain! He also became Finnish Champion.
Then it was Musse – he had no big luck this time. He came 2 i Ch class and ended up as BM4 (his worst result during this whole year so far lol).
Then the next dogs was Mimmi and her cousin Lara in open class. They did really good! Came 1 and 2 with CK.
Miranda – 4 in ch class with CK. So I had to ask for help showing her in BF – and she really hates that, she can just be shown by me. Poor girl, she was so depressed 😉
But I made the right decision to take Mimmi my self as she ended up as best female! Nr 1 with CAC and new Champion! Last turn in the ring was so exciting, the champion class winner was not SE CH so she could also take the CAC, a pretty MultiCh girl from Denmark. So, very exciting!
We showed the group and it got excellent critique!
Thank you for coming Helén and Conny Perked, nice to see you and thanks for all photos!
Thank you Madeleine Eriksmoen for helping me with Miranda in BF and with the breeders group! Also thanks for Susanne hosting me in her tent.
A lovely day ♥

While I was in Amsterdam, my boys and their lovely co-owners were in Ronneby National Show and had some fun!
The 2 smooth coated half brothers Presley and Thomas (same mother Chi’s Lovely Lady Percy) was 2 and 4 best male.
Presley got CAC! Super nice! And the junior boy Thomas who has made it very well on all shows so far.
Their sister Mimmi was also there, she came 3 in open.
Well done Lisa Göl and Louise Wennerlund! ♥

Thursday night at 10 pm I can tell you non of us thought the trip would be possible. Mathildas little boy run away! Our neighbor phone and had seen him running on a big road by their house. We looked for him for hours, the dark came and we shout and searched. So horrible. I thought we had to cancel the trip and continue our search for days… But then Mathilda phoned and she had found him on a field! What a happiness!! So at 1 o’clock I was in bed. At 6 we have to leave.
So we left really early Friday morning, car packed with dogs and people! It took 16 hours to drive there! Omg… When we arrived in the evening it was crazy rain. The hotell was okay, the stairs up 3 floor were amazing, so steep it was almost like climbing an a ladder. No elevator. (Can’t be easy to be handicapped in this city). We had the windows towards the street with trams. So very noisy and not possible to sleep with open window and very hot in the room.
We had a day off and just walked around, photographed, ate, found a gorgeous street with flowers and bulbs in all forms. Had to buy some tulips! Loved it!
Happend to walk in to Red district and such a tragedy. We all felt very bad with all the girls in windows. Horrible this can continue and be okay! Kind of made the city less nice.
We took a turist boat on all the canals. Took 1 h and it was wonderful. Away from all people in the street and very calming watching all beautiful houses and the amazing windows. Just do it if you are going there!
We went by Anne Frans house, didn’t go inside as the line was terrible.
And oh, I bought a coat to! Really needed it, really. 😉
Then back to hotell and bathing dogs and prepared for tomorrow show.
After the show we went to a restaurant and took an early night in bed. So tired all of us. And leaving really early for the long trip home (took 15 h…).
I do have some critic to the organizer. Putting the SC and LC in different halls – yes, different halls!! – that is totally unacceptable! The rings was placed in a cluster of 4 and to put all 4 Chihuahuas beside each other would be so easy and of course the only way as it’s the same breed. We really tried to have it changed instantly but no… In SC they were not even beside each other.
Also the horror to have to leave the other dogs and all the private stuff when going to an other hall. Who watch it then?! Someone can just steal the dogs. Amazing!
We pay really much (both money and time) to show at the most important show in the world. We compete on a very high level and many of us couldn’t even show our dogs because of this!
Let me say this, we are very used to have 2 dogs in different rings at the same time – that is our reality in this breed and not what this is about. This is about bad organisation and to realize when the ring plan was released, that the Chihuahuas were placed in different halls. So very bad and ignorant!
An other thing is that we need to see and watch the other dogs and talk with people working with our breed. It’s very important for a breed and for the breeders to have this opportunity. No were else it’s possible to see so many high quality dogs at the same time and meet all breeders from around the world. Such a great chance for networking.
Also the organization of the parking was terrible. I had bought parking before and was just supposed to drive in to the garage – that took med 1 1/2 hour!
I could say more things but I leave it there 😉
Thank you Mascha Hogeboom, Eternell Andrén & Mathilda Borslöv for photos.
This must be the best way to start a new day and week! To find THREE four-leaf clover! Ad coffee in the garden with my best friend in my lap – can’t be better then that!
Now she (Miranda) had her bath before the adventure we are heading this weekend – World Dog Show – Amsterdam. We are leaving at Friday so we have one day of vacay in the city before the show on Sunday. Travel with me will my daughter Eternell, Mathilda and the dogs; Musse, Miranda, Elliot and maybe Brenda.
Will be so much fun!!
We have a new Norwegian Champion!
Peppe was BOS with CAC and CACIB at Fauske IDS! So happy! The judge has before made Peppe BOS in Sweden (actually the same BOB at the time). I really like when a judge is consistent.
Peppe is already Fin, Swe, Dk, Nord Champion. You two have done a marvelous work Erik Von Ståhl-Berg ♥
Our big annual Chihuahua Breed Special Stora CC with around 250 entries!
Musse Best of Breed and Best In Show 2!! So very happy! He has one time before been BOS and BIS3 at Stora CC. And first time my breeding is BOB!
In SC Thomas Best male 3!! Beat all champion males! (15 in just Ch class).
Later also BIS4 Junior!
Extremely hot days!!! Like it burned in the skin just being in the shadow (or no shadow existed but under the tent). Crazy really!Miranda (as I told you before) is not good in such terrible heat. She ot EXC but no place.
Breeders group was 3 in LC and 5 in SC.
Thank you Chihuahuacirkeln for an amazing show! Thank you sponsors for all prices we got!! Congrats to all happy winners.
Thank you my dear friends; Lisa Göl, Annica Vidman, Helen Perkhed, Lena Fredriksen, Lorettah Bortinna for showing my breeding, helping out in group and for very cosy days! You are the best ♥
We showed 2 days in Tvååker (that is very close to our home – wonderful!) It was very very hot, over 30°c! Really hard for the dogs. Not Mirandas fav whether and she kind of never get a place when it’s so warm. And didn’t this weekend either :p
Very many dogs entered both days.
Musse did great! He has really been very fortunately so far this year! BOB the first day and BM2 the second day. On 7 shows in a row he has been unbeaten male. He has 3 BOB and 2 BOS in Sweden and 2 BOB in Germany. Pretty good 🙂 He also got his first NORDIC CAC (his first try for one).
We also had a group in LC that was BOB.
In SC the little junior boy Thomas, Chi’s Lovely Sheriff Of Wiltshire became BM2 with R-CAC and R-Nordic CAC!! Won over many champions! He was there just 1 day. Well done Lisa Göl and congrats!
Thank you Mathilda, Annica, Lisa and Helen for help with the group and for showing and loving my dogs <3
Thanks for photos Paul Nyberg & Mathilda Borslöf.
Tvååker NORDIC Saturday - Nat Sunday
In a very hot Borås we had a great day! I showed 5 dogs. 3 LC and 2 SC.
Musse BOB! He has been very lucky so far this year! He is unbeaten male on the shows we have been on – 4 in Sweden; 2 BOB and 2 BOS, and 2 i Germany where he was BOB on both.
At the moment Musse is Top 1 male in Sweden (have to enjoy the moment as I know it can change fast lol).
Miranda was BF2 – very happy she still is on the top, soon to be 9 years old!
Gerry won open class and ended up as BM4.
Mimmi came EXC4 CK out of 17 bitches in open class.
Brenda is still not happy with dogs behind her, but got EXC3.
We had no breeders group.
Thank you Mathilda for photos and company!
